You don’t need a “perfect” niche. You need a clear enough starting point that speaks to real problems in real markets like New York, London, Berlin, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Singapore, Dubai, Sydney and Melbourne.
- Outcome-based niches – career transitions, quitting a job, starting a business, money mindset, leadership promotion, emotional fitness.
- Identity-based niches – women leaders in tech, mid-career corporate professionals, doctors, HR leaders, entrepreneurs.
- Skill-based niches – NLP-based change work, Emotional Intelligence (Jenga + NLP + somatic model), ICF-style leadership coaching.
