Rinku Jain, Career Counselor at Aspirations Institute - India

Hello, this is Rinku Jain, and I’m a holistic counselor from Delhi. I just want to share my experience with Anil Dagia—my mentor and my coach. He coached and mentored me for my ACC Level 1. The training and mentoring went on for almost six months, and a bit more because I had to extend it due to personal health issues. He was very flexible with the timing and attending the classes. He cooperated really well. But when it came to training, he was very strict because he wanted us to be perfect in our performance as ACC coaches.

He ensured we understood the markers, the protocols, and the rules that need to be followed at an international level. I am truly very happy that I joined his course. Initially, my sister told me I should do it and that it would help me. She had already done the program with Poonam Jain and spoke highly of it. I resisted at first—I thought, “Why should I do it? I’m already doing counseling. I don’t need it.” But she insisted I give it a try. I did—and I don’t regret it at all.

It has changed me. I can see a better version of myself—personally and professionally, in every aspect. I now understand what it truly takes to be an ACC coach: self-discipline, practice, and proper training. Anil has helped me tremendously with all of that.

Thank you, Anil, and thank you to Fifth Element for giving me the confidence that yes, I can coach people internationally. I’ve gained that confidence, and now I want to go further—to pursue the PCC level with him.

Thank you once again, Anil, for all the coaching and mentoring. Thank you so much.
