Jennifer Rieswyk, Health and Wellness Coach Focusing on Chronic Illness, Disease and Pain (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada)
Hi there, my name is Jennifer Rieswick, and I wanted to take a second to talk about Anil Dagia and his coaching program to become a coach. I just received my ACC accreditation. I was in his batch from January until June, and I want to share my experience.
The program was a mix of instruction, coaching, and mentor coaching—all done online through Zoom. It was an amazing experience. Anil is an outstanding instructor. He is accredited on the ICF website—the International Coaching Federation—and he is very personable. He genuinely likes to get to know everyone and understand their lives. It becomes a great opportunity not only to learn how to be a coach but also to become a better person and to understand yourself more deeply.
During the mentor coaching sessions, you get to both coach and be coached, so you experience both sides of the process. Anil gives amazing feedback. He really sees people for who they are and recognizes their potential. He wants to make sure that you get the most out of the course, and he is constantly opening new doors for you.
Not only did he provide the ACC course, but he also opened access to his other courses for me if I was interested—at no extra cost. That meant a lot, especially when finances are tight. It showed me that he truly wants his students to succeed. He gets very involved with the students and wants to make sure you achieve what you want to achieve.
I would highly, highly recommend his course. If you’re thinking about taking a coaching program, this is one of the good ones.
