Through this process, We deepen your learning helping you to become a better observer of yourself on how you served your client i.e. what is happening within you and what actually happened, why it matters and then offer you valuable suggestions on where your growth opportunities are in manner that is supportive and affirmative.
The Mentor Coaching process includes review of your coaching conversation recordings, preparing the feedback for question by question of the coach's conversation and debriefing to identify growth opportunities. The Feedback is the most valuable component in this mentor coaching. It is labor intensive because the recording has to be heard several times and analyzed segment by segment, line by line, question by question according to the flow of the conversation. Importantly, you will receive practical suggestions with sample questions on how best to improve the coaching process.
